Ingredients: 500 g chicken filet; 1 jar Curry paste; ½ stern Lemon grass; ½ piece Fresh ginger; ½ piece Spanish pepper; 1 dash Kikoman; ½ clove Garlic; 1 Onion; 500 ml Coconut milk

Description

These chicken skewers are marinated in a yellow curry and can be made in one of our Aerofryers. The lemon grass gives the taste a nice fresh twist.

Ingredients

chicken filet 500 g
Curry paste 1 jar
Lemon grass ½ stern
Fresh ginger ½ piece
Spanish pepper ½ piece
Kikoman 1 dash
Garlic ½ clove
Onion 1
Coconut milk 500 ml

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Preheat the Aerofryer at 80 degrees or use the preheating mode on the digital version
Cut the lemon grass finely and cook in a saucepan in sufficient water
Let the lemon grass drain well
Clean the garlic and chop it finely
Finely cut the pepper
Clean the onion and cut it as finely as possible
Mix all ingredients with the kikoman, the coconut milk and the yellow curry paste
Mash this mixture well with a stick mixer (‘The Beast’ of Princess is a powerful device for doing so)
Cut the chicken into equal pieces, bite size
Mix the chicken pieces well with the curry mass. Marinate the chicken pieces for about 45 minutes
Pierce the chicken pieces on the skewer
Put the Aerofryer on 160 degrees and place the chicken skewers in the basket. Do not place the skewers over each other
Bake in 10 minutes.
