|Dark soy sauce||1dl|
|Rice vinegar||2 tbsp|
- Cut the chicken fillets along the length into thin strips.
- Marinate in a mixture of 100ml dark soy sauce with 2 tbsp of rice vinegar and 2 tbsp saké.
- Skewer the chicken strips and cook on the Princess Table Chef for approximately 10 minutes
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the chicken skewers
