|1 red onion|
|1 clove of garlic|
|1 red chili pepper|
|1 red pepper|
|75 gr chorizo|
|500 gr minced beef|
|70 gr tomato puree in can|
|400 gr peeled tomatoes in can|
|125 ml sour cream|
|400 gr kindey beans|
- Chop up the onion, garlic and chili pepper (remove the seeds). Cut the chorizo in pieces and make sure to remove the skin.
- Fry the onion, garlic and chorizo in oil. Add the minced beef and make sure it turns into small pieces. Do this by chopping the minced beef with a spatula. Then add the tomato puree, chili powder and red bell pepper. At last add the tomatoes and let this cook for 20 minutes with the lid on the pan.
- Cut the coriander in small pieces. Press the juice out of the lime and mix with the sour cream and coriander. Then add salt, pepper and chili pepper to taste. Wash the kidney beans and add this all to the chili con carne.
- Serve with taco’s
