4 avocados
8 eggs
100 gr of smoked salmon
Fresh basil


  1. Fry 8 eggs in a pan and scoop the egg white to the middle so you get a small sized fegg. This way the egg will fit in the avocado.
  2. Cut open the avocado and remove the kernel.
  3. Cut the salmon in small strips.
  4. Put the fried eggs in the cavities of the avocado where the kernel has been. Then put some strips of salmon on top of the egg. To finish sprinkle some salt, pepper and fresh cut basil over the avocado.

Your filled avocado is ready, enjoy!
