Hummus with naan

Ingredients

1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
400 gr chickpeas
2 tbsp tahini sesame pasta
Salt
65 ml water
350 gr yogurt
30 ml oil
500 gr self-rising flour

Directions

The hummus

  1. Take a long, narrow measuring cup and squeeze the lemon out in the cup.
  2. Add the water, tahini, garlic, pinch of salt and chickpeas to the cup and puree with a mixer until you have a smooth pasta.

The naan

  1. Sieve the flour and mix this with the yogurt, a pinch of salt and oil. Knead this for about 5 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough in 5 portions and roll it flat with a rolling pin.
  3. Put a grill pan on the stove and turn on the heat. Do not put oil in the pan because this is already in the dough. Cook the dough for approximately 2-3 minutes per side.

The hummus and bread is ready, enjoy!
