Moelleux au chocolate

125 gr unsalted butter
125 gr dark chocolate
6 eggs
50 gr sugar
50 gr wheat flour
6 muffin cups


  1. Melt the butter and chocolate au bain-marie. Split 4 eggs and keep the yolk, the egg whites of these 4 eggs will not be used. Then add the egg yolks, 2 remaining eggs and the sugar together in a bowl and beat this till it is very light and has double the size.
  2. Add the butter/chocolate mixture and mix until it is smooth. Then add the flour and scoop this through the mixture.
  3. Now let the mixture cool down for an hour in the fridge.
  4. Divide the batter in the muffin cups and bake them for approximately 9 minutes in the aerofryer at 180 degrees. They are ready when the top is done but still wobbles.
