|125 gr unsalted butter|
|125 gr dark chocolate|
|50 gr sugar|
|50 gr wheat flour|
|6 muffin cups|
- Melt the butter and chocolate au bain-marie. Split 4 eggs and keep the yolk, the egg whites of these 4 eggs will not be used. Then add the egg yolks, 2 remaining eggs and the sugar together in a bowl and beat this till it is very light and has double the size.
- Add the butter/chocolate mixture and mix until it is smooth. Then add the flour and scoop this through the mixture.
- Now let the mixture cool down for an hour in the fridge.
- Divide the batter in the muffin cups and bake them for approximately 9 minutes in the aerofryer at 180 degrees. They are ready when the top is done but still wobbles.
