Spanish omelette with onion and tomato

Ingredients

eggs 6
Milk (can be soy or almond milk) 500 ml
a pinch of salt
flour 250g
vanilla suger 20g

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and onion, cut them thinly into slices about 0.50 cm.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt to your liking.
  3. Throw the potatoes and onion in the deep part of the Tortilla Chef and add a tablespoon of olive oil with the thermostat on setting 3.
  4. When we see that the potatoes are to your liking, put the beaten egg in the Tortilla Chef.
  5. Close the Tortilla Chef and let cook for 3 – 5 minutes with the thermostat on setting 3.
  6. When that time has elapsed, Tortilla Chef will be ready to turn around.
  7. Finish with cooking for 3 – 5 more minutes on the other side.
