Stuffed zucchini

Ingredients

Big zucchini 1
Mushrooms
Minced meat
Mozzerella

Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini into thick slices and spoon the white part out with a spoon.
  2. Cook the hollowed out zucchini. Place the zucchini back on the Princess Table chef to keep them warm.
  3. Clean the mushrooms, and slice them.
  4. Fry the minced meat on the Princess Chef Table, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
  5. Fill the hollowed out zucchini with fried mushrooms. Stir in the diced mozzarella at the last minute.
