Melt the butter and mix the sugar and 4 egg yolks (save the egg whites)
Then mix in the sifted flour
Mix 4 beaten egg whites to a light and stiff mixture has been created. Then add to the butter/sugar/egg yolk mixture.
Pour the batter into the Princess Waffle Maker and within a few minutes the hot waffles are ready!
