225 gr butter
115 gr dark chocolate
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
330 gr sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
or the marrow from 1 vanilla pod
125 gr flour
25 gr cacao powder


  1. Put baking paper in a baking tray that fits in the aerofryer and preheat the aerofryer to 155 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate au bain-marie. When this has turned in to a smooth mixture, let it cool down for a bit. In between, beat the two eggs, egg yolk, sugar, pinch of salt and vanilla to a light mixture.
  3. Then add the chocolate/butter mixture and mix till it is a smooth mixture again.
  4. At last, scoop the flower and cacao powder through and pour the mixture in the baking tray. Bake the brownies for 27 minutes. Let them cool down completely before consuming.
