Ingredients
Cucumber | 1 | |
Shallot | 1 | |
Garlic | 1 clove | |
Bulgarian yogurt | 500 ml | |
Fresh coriander | 1 sprig | |
Fresh mint | 2 sprigs | |
Salt | ||
Pepper |
Directions
- Slice the cucumber, the shallot and the clove of garlic into small pieces
- Mix everything in the blender with the Bulgarian yogurt until it has turned into a smooth substance
- Season with salt and pepper
- Serve in a tureen (let it get cold in the fridge first), garnish with mint leaves
