Grilled peach with ice

Peaches 4
Olive oil or liquid butter
Honey 4 tbsp
Roasted almonds 200gr
Scoops of ice 4


  1. Divide the peaches into halves and remove the kernel.
  2. Mix 2 table spoons of oil or butter together with one or two table spoons honey.
  3. Cover up the open half of the peaches with the mixture.
  4. Grill them for approximately 5 minutes.
  5. The peaches are ready when grillstripes appear and they soften up.
  6. Remove them from the grill. If they stick to it, leave them on for a few more moments.
  7. Put them on a plate alongside one or two scoops of ice.
  8. Sprinkle them with almonds and some more honey.
