Milk | 130 ml | |
Yogurt | 40 ml | |
Espresso | 50 ml | |
Cinnamon | ½ tsp | |
Nutmeg | ½ tsp |
Directions
- Put the banana, (soy) milk, yogurt, espresso, cinnamon and nutmeg in the bowl of the blender
- Blend to a smooth smoothie
- Pour in a large glass
