Milkshake with banana and coffee


Banana 1
Milk 130 ml
Yogurt 40 ml
Espresso 50 ml
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Nutmeg ½ tsp


  1. Put the banana, (soy) milk, yogurt, espresso, cinnamon and nutmeg in the bowl of the blender
  2. Blend to a smooth smoothie
  3. Pour in a large glass
