Mini fruit turnovers


Puff pastry sheets (10x10cm) 9
Jonagold apple 1
Conference pear 1
Banana 1
Yellow raisins 30 g
Sugar 3 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp


  1. Preheat the Aerofryer at 80 degrees or use the preheating mode on the digital version
  2. Place the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured cutting board and let them defrost
  3. Mix 2/3 of the sugar with the cinnamon
  4. Remove the core from the apple and cut the apple into small cubes
  5. Remove the core from the pear and cut the pear into small cubes
  6. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces
  7. Mix the apple, pear, banana and yellow raisins carefully through the cinnamon sugar
  8. Place this mixture in the middle of the puff pastry sheet
  9. Brush two edges of the puff pastry sheet with a little water
  10. Fold the slice to a triangle. Make sure the edges are firmly compressed
  11. Brush the upper side of the turnover with a little water. Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top
  12. Place the triangles (3 pieces) in the tray of the Aerofryer and bake them at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
