|Creme fraiche||200 ml|
- Cut mushrooms into four pieces.
- Chop the shallot
- Clean the garlic.
- Fry the garlic and the shallot.
- Put all the ingredients into the Soup Blender.
- Use Program ‘heat and blend’. Season with salt and pepper.
