Mushrooms 250 g
Chopped shallot 1
Clove of garlic 1/2
Creme fraiche 200 ml
Water 800 ml
Broth cubes 2


  1. Cut mushrooms into four pieces.
  2. Chop the shallot
  3. Clean the garlic.
  4. Fry the garlic and the shallot.
  5. Put all the ingredients into the Soup Blender.
  6. Use Program ‘heat and blend’. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Do you want to use a normal blender? Just put everything in the blender, blend until the desired smoothness and then warm up in a pan on the stove.
