400 gr unsalted peanuts
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp coconut oil (sunflower or olive oil is also possible)


  1. Put the peanuts on a baking tray and place the tray for 7 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Unbranded peanuts can go in the oven for 15 minutes.
  2. There are two ways to crush the peanuts; with a mortar or with a mixer/blender. When you use the mortar your peanut butter will be very smooth. Using the mixer/blender is much easier but causes for small pieces of peanut in your peanut butter; which is very tasty! Put the peanuts in the blender and blend until it is a smooth substance.
  3. After a minute of blending add the salt, honey and the coconut oil.
  4. Your peanut butter is ready now! Store it in a airtight can or jar and your peanut butter is conservable for a month.
