Fresh basil 20 g (leaves)
Pine nuts 20 g
Parmesan cheese 20 g
Garlic 1 clove
Olive oil 2-4 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp


  1. Grate the Parmesan cheese and remove the skin from the garlic
  2. Put the pine nuts, the grated Parmesan Cheese, fresh basil and skinless garlic into the blender
