Soup of fresh tomato, basil and cinnamon


Tomatoes 4
Shallot 1/2
Cinnamon 1 g
Chickpeas 200 g
Leaf of basil 1/2
Water 500 ml
Créme fraiche 125 g


  1. Cut the tomato in 4 pieces. Take out all seeds.
  2. Clean the shallot and cut in pieces.
  3. Fry the tomato and shallot for 2 minutes.
  4. Put all ingredients in the soup blender
  5. Add water and cream into Soup Blender. Select the program ‘Heat and Blend’ and after 25 minutes your soup is ready.
  6. Season with a pinch of cinnamon and basil.
  7. Do you want to use a normal blender? Just put everything in the blender, blend until the desired smoothness and then warm up in a pan on the stove.
