Chocolate fondue

Ingredients

Dark chocolate 200 g
Butter 25 g
Sugar 25 g
Water 400 g

Directions

  1. Take a large pan and add water, butter and sugar to it. Bring to a boil.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the small pieces of chocolate. Stir well until everything is dissolved and smooth
  3. Switch on the fondue pan at the lowest setting. Pour the chocolate sauce in it

Garnish to pierce with a fork:
stoned cherries
strawberries
pieces of banana
pineapple
pear
peach
diced cake
macaroons
sprits cakes
